Young Soloists Concert

Our special Young Soloists Concert is back for another year. Come help us celebrate six wonderful young musicians from the London area. This year’s concert will feature a range of instruments and musical styles.

Program

Saint-Saëns – Introduction and Rondo capriccioso (soloist – Yuna Noh, violin)
Popper – Requiem for Three Cellos and Orchestra, Op. 66 (soloists – Katherine Klassen, Yerin Lee, Matthew Yang, cellos)
Vaughan Williams – Five Mystical Songs (soloist – Braylon Belanger, baritone)
Mendelssohn – Piano Concerto no. 1 in G, Op. 25 (soloist – Daniel Thiessen, piano)

Concert duration: 90 minutes (including 15-minute intermission)
